Amelix was born when a group of talented marketing professionals got together to create an agency that could offer bespoke solutions for those problems no one else wants to deal with. Amelix works with brands and agencies to maximise their promotions activity by using the latest technology and our national resources.

Since its birth Amelix has grown rapidly and now has eight distribution and activity hubs all over the UK, including a poky room in London where deals are made and a rather nice logistics centre in the Kent Countryside where the magic is created.

It’s all very simple: we know the companies we work with trust us with the reputation of their brands and their relationships with their clients, so we know we have to get it right.

We at Amelix also promise that all of our clients will experience exceptional customer service from our specialist and highly trained staff. We believe in understanding your needs and objectives entirely, and delivering our promises on time. We will work closely with you and your team in order to develop the best possible products for your booking.

It is our aim that at least one member of the Amelix team is always available should you need us, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Your Account Manager is supported by at least five of our team members who will respond to your enquiry within a maximum of 4 working hours or 8 hours if outside our usual office hours.

Our business is built on effective and efficient customer service and we have set ourselves the highest standards to which we are all committed. However, should you ever feel our level of service falls short of your expectations – tell us!
