I work with small business owners who want help to make the shift from being self employed to owning a business that could run without them.

I support and mentor budding entreprenuers, (even though some do not see themselves as such),to clarify the business vision, write their business plan, and to surround themselves with a strong team who they can trust to maintain the quality of service they provide.

My HR experience gives me invaluable insight to help coach and mentor business owners to improve their performance by focussing on their strengths and putting plans in place to effectively manage areas they find more challenging or just don't enjoy.

I worked for the Gallup Organisation helping clients recruit the best people and coached clients and their teams through their Strengthfinder profiles. I qualified as a Professional Coach with The Coaching Academy and continue to be an active life member.

I am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development and have had over 20 years experience in Human Resources in both the private and public sector, small and corporate business.
