I’m a business consultant of 32 years standing having previously worked in advertising agencies and design companies as well as for an accountants practice in various interim manager roles. I have more recently been working for management consulting firms and formed my own consultancy, McCormack & Company, in 1991 which provides executive support for the SME market.

Typically my consulting clients are SME businesses in a variety of industries from Start-ups to £5M. They tend to be young or emerging businesses looking to grow or expand aggressively requiring a strong knowledge of communication with customers and sales generation, negotiating with suppliers, as well as fund raising through banks and equity/venture capital.
